2.11.3 Assembly
Stud bolts [ 7 ] are mounted on the
upper section on delivery.
Push the seal [ 6 ] with the holes over
the stud bolts [ 7 ] as far as it will go on
the connection flange
section.
Slide the Plexiglas pane [ 5 ] and the
installed wiper [ 1 ] with the drilled holes
over the stud bolts [ 7 ] .
Slide the flange [ 2 ] with the holes over
the stud bolts [ 7 ] .
Screw the nuts [ 3 ] onto the stud bolts
[ 7 ] and tighten them crosswise with a
tightening torque of 20 to 25 . Nm.
Place the protective caps [ 7 ] on the stud
bolts [ 7 ] .

The opening (right or left) in the upper section is already prepared according to
the article number of the grease separator that was ordered.
Heaviest single component is approx. 2 kg.
