2.5.3 Assembly
The opening (right or left) in the upper section is already prepared according to
the article number of the grease separator that was ordered.
Heaviest single component is approx. 4.2 kg.

Lubricate the sealing ring [ 7 ] on the
connector socket [ 8 ] and the opening
in the upper section with an acid-free
lubricant (1).
Insert the odour trap [ 9 ] with the
connector socket [ 8 ] (with the sealing
ring fitted [ 7 ] ) into the opening in the
upper section as far as it will go (2).
Fasten the trap [ 9 ] with the two washers
and screws [ 10 ] to the threaded sleeves
of the reinforcement
section (3).
Grease the spigot of the collecting pipe
[ 4 ] and the sealing ring [ 5 ] with an
acid-free lubricant (4).
Slide the sealing ring [ 5 ] over the spigot
of the collecting pipe [ 4 ] (5).
Insert the collecting pipe [ 4 ] in the
desired angular position as far as it will
go into the opening [ 6 ] of the odour trap
[ 9 ] (6).
