car batteries. Connect the terminal clamps of the power cord keeping the correct polarity. The terminal clamp
marked "+" should be connected to the battery terminal marked "+". The terminal clamp marked "-" should be
connected to the battery terminal marked "-".
Warning! The pump is designed to pump engine oil and diesel fuel only. Pumping other substances
is forbidden. In particular, do not use the device to pump: fl ammable fuel (petrol, liquid gas) or other
fl ammable liquids - risk of explosion; water - no lubrication of the pump; transmission oil - too high
viscosity; brake fl uid - corrosive substance.
The engine oil must be warmed up to the recommended oil temperature indicated in the pump spec-
ifi cations table before pumping, by starting the vehicle engine. It is forbidden to pump oil while the
engine is running.
Do not leave the device unattended when it is connected to the power supply.
Do not overload the power cord. Do not use the power cord to carry the product, connect or disconnect the
power terminal clamps. Avoid any contact between the power cord and heat sources, oil, sharp edges or mov-
ing parts. Damage to the power cord increases the risk of an electric shock. If the power cord is damaged (e.g.
it is cut or its insulation is melted), immediately unplug the power cord plug from the socket and return it to an
authorised service centre. It is forbidden to use the product with a damaged power cord. Repairing the power
cord is forbidden. It must be replaced with a new one at an authorised service centre.
Disconnect terminal clamps of the power cord from the battery before mounting, dismantling or adjusting
product accessories.
Make sure that the selected accessory has been installed correctly, before starting the product.
Do not overload the product. The temperature of the housing must not exceed 60
C. Overloading the product

will accelerate its wear and tear, lead to its damaging, and increase the risk of electrocution.
The product must be kept under supervision at all times during operation.
The product is not to be used by children. Keep the product and its cord out of the reach of children. It is
important to ensure that children do not see the product as a toy. Children should not be allowed to clean or
maintain the product without the supervision of an adult.
Keep the device out of reach of children if it is powered or is cooling down.
Used engine oil must not be reused and must be disposed of in accordance with the local regulations. It is
forbidden to pour oil into the sewage system or directly into the ground.
PRODUCT OPERATION
Product assembly
Caution! The procedure described in this section must be carried out with the device disconnected from the
power supply. Make sure that the terminal clamps of the power cord are not connected to the battery terminals.
The product must be unpacked by removing all packaging elements. It is recommended to keep the packag-
ing, as it can be helpful for further transport and storage of the product.
Check the product for damage. If any damage is detected, do not use the product until the damage has been
repaired or the damaged components are replaced with new ones that are free of defects.
The direction of pumping (suction) is indicated on the housing by an arrow. Remove the pump inlet and outlet
caps (II). Use a suitable spanner to attach a smaller diameter suction spigot to the pump inlet. Attach a larger
diameter drain spigot (III) to the pump outlet. Ensure that the spigots are fi rmly and securely fastened.
Slide a quick disconnect coupling (IV) with a smaller inlet diameter (to fi t a rigid engine oil extraction hose) or
a larger diameter (to fi t a fl exible diesel extraction hose) onto the pump inlet port. Insert the appropriate hose
into the hole located in the quick disconnect coupling. The larger diameter fl exible hose should be slid onto the
drain spigot located at the pump outlet (V). Secure the joint with a hose clamp by turning the screw clockwise,
with just enough force to ensure a tight connection. Tightening the clamp too much can damage the hose.
Check that all hoses are properly fastened. The pump is ready for use.
