INSTALLING AUXILLIARY BATTERY HOLDER KIT - Continued
14. Connect power and ground connections as follows:
a. Disconnect (-) cable from (-) terminal on 12V service battery.
b. Connect liftgate power (+) cable to 12V auxiliary battery circuit breaker.
c. Connect voltage sense 30A fused red wire to (+) terminal on 12V service
battery. Tighten (+) terminal connections.
d. Connect DC/DC charger 30A fused red wire to (+) terminal on 12V auxil-
iary battery. Tighten (+) terminal connections.
e. Connect black (-) cable to (-) terminal on 12V service battery.
f. Connect liftgate black (-) cable to (-) terminal on 12V auxiliary battery.
g. Connect black (-) wire from voltage sense to (-) terminal on 12V service
battery. Tighten (-) terminal connections.
h. Connect DC/DC charger (-) black wire to (-) terminal on 12V auxiliary bat-
tery. Tighten (-) terminal connections.
