2. MISE EN SERVICE
ATTENTION: la stabilité de l'installation est assurée jusqu'à une
inclinaison de 10°.
2.1. DEBALLAGE DE L'INSTALLATION
Retirer les différents éléments de leur emballage.
Fixer le dévidoir sur son chariot en respectant les instructions ci-après.
Raccorder le faisceau à l'arrière du dévidoir et sur le générateur en respectant les
consignes.
ATTENTION : Lors de l'élingage du dévidoir, ne pas utiliser de
bobine écologique.
2.2. MONTAGE DU CHARIOT SUR LE DV 400 WKS
Suivre les indications fournies avec l'option.
Positionner le dévidoir sur le chariot et monter les 4 vis sur les côtés.
2.3. MONTAGE OPTION DEBILITRE
Suivre les indications fournies avec l'option.
2.4. RACCORDEMENT DU DEVIDOIR
ATTENTION : à effectuer générateur hors tension.
Raccorder le faisceau au dévidoir en respectant les emplacements des
connecteurs.
Raccorder l'autre extrémité du faisceau au générateur.
Relier la torche de soudage MIG au DV 400 WKS.
Si vous disposez d'un modèle équipé eau, vérifier la bonne circulation du liquide
de refroidissement.
Régler le débit de gaz.
2.5. ELINGAGE DU DV 400 WKS
Utiliser IMPERATIVEMENT les 2 anneaux pour l'élingage
du dévidoir.

CAUTION : equipment stability is ensured up to an angle of
10°.
Remove the various items from their packaging.
Fasten the wire-feed unit to its carriage, being careful to comply with the instructions
below.
Connect the harness at rear of wire-feed unit and on the power source, being careful
to comply with recommendations.
WARNING: When slinging the wire feed unit do not use an
ecological spool.
2.2. ASSEMBLY OF CARRIAGE ON THE DV 400 WKS
Follow the instructions supplied with the option.
Position the wire feed on the chariot and fit the 4 bolts on the sides.
2.3. ASSEMBLY OF DEBITLITRE OPTION
Follow the instructions supplied with the option.
2.4. WIRE FEEDER UNIT CONNECTION
CAUTION : to be carried out with the power source turned OFF
Connect the harness to the wire-feed unit, being careful to comply with the
locations of the connectors.
Connect the other end of the harness to the power source.
Connect the MIG welding torch to the DV 400 WKS.
If you have a water-equipped model, check that the cooling liquid circulates
freely.
Adjust the gas flow rate.
It is IMPERATIVE to use the 2 lifting rings when placing
slings on the reel.
