OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
SPEEDBOX SERIES ELECTRONIC VARIATOR
A6 EXCESS TEMPERATURE (
DESCRIPTION: the system is equipped with a cooling device to keep the INVERTER in
optimal working conditions.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: if for any reason an excessive temperature is reached, the system
itself puts the device out of service.
SOLUTION: verify that the ambient temperature is not higher than 50 ºC. Damaged
equipment contact technical service.
A7 SHORT CIRCUIT (
DESCRIPTION: the Speedbox has an electronic protection system against short circuits as
well as peak current intensities
excessive.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: the pump stops for 10". Then it starts again – make 4 attempts. If the
problem is not solved, a permanent failure occurs.
SOLUTION: check pump, if the problem persists contact the manufacturer.
A8 SURGE - A9 LOW VOLTAGE (
DESCRIPTION: The Speedbox has an electronic protection system against overvoltages
and voltages that are too low.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: in case of too low voltage or overvoltage the system stops. If an
adequate voltage value is recovered, operation will automatically be restored.
SOLUTION: check the electrical supply network.
13. MASTER-SLAVE MOUNT ALARMS
A10 COMMUNICATE (
DESCRIPTION: If we have a Master-Slave system configured and the communication cable
is disconnected or there is a bad connection, the system stops.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: The Master-Slave system is stopped and they start to work
individually.
SOLUTION: Check the connection cable and if it is fine, check the connection inside the
device. Verify that the Master-Slave system configuration is correct (configuration menu).
DESCRIPTION: blank screen.
SOLUTION: check the 230 V power supply. If it is in normal condition, check the fuse
located on the main board (fig.3).
