6. MECHANICAL INSTALLATION (fig. 2 )
Store the equipment in its individual packaging until use in a clean and dry environment.
The Speedbox must be installed in grade 2 pollution environments according to EN-60730-
1. The Speedbox enclosure has a protection rating of IP54, therefore it should be mounted
in places protected from rain. Install the device on a wall in a vertical position, leaving at
least 200 mm of space at the top and bottom for facilitate heat dissipation. Use the 4 7
mm diameter holes located in the corners of the device to anchor it to the wall.
7. HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION (fig. 2)
It is essential to install a check valve on the pump suction.
In case of group assembly, a manifold will be mounted that connects the pump outlets.
Suction must be done from a common source, 2 devices that suck from different tanks
should not communicate. To mount the pressure sensor, any G1/4" socket located on the
pipe at the pump outlet will be used. It is essential to install a hydropneumatic tank of at
least 5 l to avoid problems that could cause possible leaks in the installation.
8. ELECTRIC CONNECTION (fig. 3, 4 y 5)
The electrical installation must be carried out by qualified personnel, respecting the safety
regulations as well as the regulations in force in each country. Before carrying out any
manipulation inside the device, it must be disconnected from the electrical network and
wait a minimum of 2 minutes after disconnection to avoid possible electric shocks.
The base equipment is supplied with the power wiring, the motor wiring and the pressure
transmitter wiring. Below is how this wiring would be carried out to solve any eventuality:
-Use H07RN-F type cable with a section appropriate to the installed power:
-General power: minimum 1.5 mm.
-Motor connection:
-1006MT - 1010MT - 1106 MM: minimum 1 mm depending on the length
of the cable (see fig.4).
-1112MM: minimum 1.5 mm depending on the cable length (see fig.4).
