Support and Service) in the event of a problem, without this involving the loads being stopped. It is important to bear
in mind that woriking in manual Bypass may never be lenthy or permanent, as the loads are exposed to mains
incidences and fluctuations.
With the unit running:
• Turn the switch (S1) to ( ), and the inverter will be in "Stand-by". The output will have voltage directly from the
mains by means of the static Bypass.
•
Do not continue before doing the above, as the INVERTER might be destroyed, as well as the loads
connected to it.
• Remove the mechanical block (BL) of the switch (Q5) and turn it to "I" u "On".
• Turn off switches (Q1) and (Q2), (position "O" or "Off"). Additionally, for version IS-B turn off switch (Q4) and
for version IS-T turn off switches (Q4) and (Q7). The loads are supplied directly through the manual Bypass.
7.6.- Transfer from manual Bypass to INVERTER. Only for use by AUTHORISED personnel.
•
Do not turn switch (S1) to ( ) until indicated, as the INVERTER might be destroyed, as well as the loads
connected to it.
• For IS-B version turn switch (Q4) to "I" or "On" and for IS-T version turn switch (Q4) and (Q7) to "I" or "On" position.
• Turn switches (Q2) and (Q1) to "I" or "On".
• Turn the switch (Q5) to «O» or «Off» and set the mechanical block (BL) once ore. It is very important to set the
mechanical block once more in order to prevent it from being handled by unauthorised personnel, as if the
switch (Q5) is turned to «I» or «On» when the inverter is running (switch (S1) to position ( )), the INVERTER
might be destroyed, as well as the loads connected to it.
• Turn the switch (S1) to position ( ), and the inverter supplies the loads.
7.7.- Complet INVERTER stoppage.
• Invert the stating process.
• Turn off the supply from the INVERTER using the header sectioners or switches of the DC and AC distribution
panel if this correponds. The system will be fully turned off.
7.8.- Connector (X50) for external EPO (only models in case or rack format 1).
• Some models have a connector with a cable inserted between both available terminals, which closes the circuit
and allows the normal operating of the INVERTER. When removing the female connector with the cable bridge,
the equipment is immediately shutdown. Instead of the cable bridge an EPO button with normally closed contact
can be installed, which will allows making the remote shutdown of the INVERTER when the circuit is opened.
