5.- EQUIPMENT RECEPTION.
5.1.- Reception and unpacking.
• On receiving the unit, make sure that it has not been damaged in transport. Otherwise, make a suitable claim with
your supplier. Make sure too, that the data on the characteristics plate stuck to the unit correspond to those on
the order. It will be necessary to unpack the unit to do this. If this is not the case, report the discrepancy as soon
as possible, mentioning the unit manufacturing number and the references of the delivery remittance.
• Once reception is made, it is convenient to repack the INVERTER until it is to be put in service in order to protect
it from possible mechanical knocks, dust and dirte, etc. if it is not to be used shortly, or preceed to install and
commission it.
• All units are packed on a wooden palette, cardboard or wooden surround depending on the case, cover and plastic
band. These materials are all recycable and must therefore be disposed of in accordance with current regulations.
We recommend that the packaging be kept for any use in the future.
5.2.- Storage.
• The unit will be stored in a dry place, well ventilated and away from the rain, protected against the action of water
and chemical agents. It is best to keep the equipment in its original packing, as it has been specificatlly designed
to assure maximum protection in transport and storage.
