Before you begin...
The rocks have stops, so that when
placed correctlg on the supports, theg
will stop before coming completelg out,
and will not tilt.
When placing and removing cookware,
pull the rack out until it stops.
To remove a rack, pull it toward gou,
tilt the front end up and pull it out.
To replace, tilt the front of the rack up,
hook the rear locatingposts under
the rack supports, push the rack back
(past the stop-locks)and lower it into
position. Pushthe rack all the wag in.

CAUTION: When you a re u sing a
rack in the lowest position (A),you will need
to use caution when pulling the rack out.
We recommend that you pull the rack out
several inches and then, using two pot
holders, pull the rack out by holding the
sides of it. The rack is low and you could be
burned if Fou place your hand in the middle
of the rack and pull all the way out.
Be very careful not to bum your hand on
the door when using the rack in the lowest
position (A).
How to Set the Lower Oven for Baking
or Roasting

Touch the BAKE pad.

the desired temperature.

NOTE: Y ouwill hear the convectionfan while
the oven is preheating.The fan will stop after
the oven is preheatedand the displagshows
your set temperature. This is normal.

at minimum time on recipe.
Cook longer if necessarg.

Touch the CLEAR/OFFpod when
cooking is complete.

Preheating
and Pan Placement
Preheat the oven if the recipe calls for it.
Preheating is necessary for good results
when baking cakes, cookies, pastry and
breads.
To preheat, set the oven at the correct
temperature. The control will beep when
the oven is preheated and the display will
show Four set temperature. This will take
approximately
J O-J 5 minutes.
Baking results will be better if baking
pans ore centered in the oven as much

as possible.If baking with more than one
pan, place the pans so each has at least
1" to 1W' of air space around it.
