Troubleshooting
There are audio and visual alarms present on the control unit.
Problem / Alarm
Mattress not inflating
(not alternating properly).
No power.
Cannot enter menu.
Low pressure alarm*
"Low Pressure" displayed
with audible beeps.
* Low pressure alarm will only function after the system has gone through full cycle set up and "System OK" displayed.

Cause
Mattress CPR hose disconnected.
CPR hose or tube connectors kinked or split.
Major leak in air cell.
Has power and fuse is good, control unit does not
come on.
Not alternating, rotor failure.
No air (control unit failure).
Control unit off.
Power cord disconnected.
No power in the power source.
Power outage.
Fuse blown.
System set up not complete.
Disconnection of CPR (connection hose).
Disconnection of connector tubes to air cells in air
insert.
Solution
Connect CPR hose connector, lock it in place.
Unkink or replace split CPR hose or tube
connectors.
Replace leaking air cell.
Send control unit back to Invacare for repair.
Send control unit back to Invacare for repair.
Send control unit back to Invacare for repair.
Check power source, turn unit on.
Connect power cord and ensure the power
source is on.
Check the power source has power and turn it on.
Wait till the power source has power.
Change fuse. (Consult a trained engineer if you are unsure
how to change a fuse).
Wait until set up is complete and "System OK" displayed.
Connect hose properly.
Check individual air cells in insert are correctly connected
to connector tubes.
