Put the tube inside the cleaning agent bottle.
¡Warning! Make sure the cleaning agent is compatible with the
gearbox of the car. If the cleaning agent is not compatible it
could damage the gearbox.
Cleaning with new oil
Open the filler cap on the top of the machine and put in the
new oil.
You can see the quantity through the window in the machine's
door.
The quantity of oil must be the double of the gearbox's oil
capacity.
¡Warning! Make sure that new oil has exactly the same
specifications as the oil you want to clean. If the new oil is not
suitable, you could damage the gearbox.
Once you have put the cleaning agent/new oil, put the flow
controls in the correct position.
Turn the left flow control switch to the "NEW OIL CHANGE"
position.
Turn the right flow control switch to the "NEW OIL CHANGE"
position.
Turn the on/off switch clockwise to turn on the machine.
Observe the flow of the liquid through the inspection glass.
When the machine has absorbed the required liquid, put both
controls in the "OIL CLEANING POSITION".
Start the engine.
Observe the flow through the two inspection glasses.
Allow the engine to run for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, starting from P mode, shift through the gears
in ascending order.
After 10 minutes, turn off the engine.
Press the on/off switch to turn off the machine.
Note: Keep in mind that as you perform many cleaning cycles,
the filter of the machine will lose its efficacy. So, it is recom-
mended to replace the filter each 20 cycles approximately.
Oil exchange cycle
This process consists in replacing the old oil of the gearbox
for new oil.
Set the tubes as described in the section "Gearbox oil clea-
ning".
Open the filler cap on the top of the machine and put in the
new oil.
The quantity of oil must be the double of the gearbox's oil
capacity.
You can see the quantity through the window in the machine's
door.
