Ventilation control unit

The electric connections must be made exclusively
by qualified staff, in compliance with all general and
local safety regulations in force.
Check that the mains power supply voltage and fre-

quency match those of the appliance.
The electrical cables MUST NOT come into contact

with hot or moving parts, unless they have been insu-
lated and protected with suitable materials.
Only use components with adequate electrical pro-

tection rating, see paragraph

Do not pair the probe and power cables; use a two-
pin shielded cable with free sleeve with at least 1,5
mm
gauge and 2 m maximum length.

Mount a double-pole switch on the power supply line

when making the electrical connections.

Prior to making any electrical connection, discon-
nect the appliance from the power supply.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for inju-
■
ry to persons and animals or damage to objects due
to failure to earth the appliance or to comply with ap-
plicable regulations.
To install the control unit, proceed as follows:
- attach the ventilation control unit with the screws supplied in the
desired position, or on the wall or on the stove; see product tech-
nical sheet
- connect the control unit to the power supply and connect the ca-
bling supplied to the fans; consult the products' wiring diagrams
- insert the air temperature probe supplied with the kit in the pre-
ferred housing (right or left) then fasten it with the screw and con-
nect it to the control unit.

6.7.2 VENTILATED AIR DUCTING KIT

To make the forced air ducting kit, it is necessary to
order the "Forced air ventilation kit" in addition to the
"Forced air ducting kit".
To install the kit, proceed as follows:
- Remove the covering completely; consult
- remove the pre-cut closing plugs (1)
- mount the fans (3) on the shells (2) and the seals (4) contained in
the "Front ventilation kit", orienting them in the horizontal position
- mount the inlet nozzles (5)

- fasten the ducted shells, already equipped with fans and nozzles,
on the external shell, fastening them with the screws provided
- complete the ventilation control unit's installation and the connec-
tion to the fans as indicated in the paragraph
