7. - WARRANTY.

The manufacturer guarantees Archimede Cressi-sub dive
computer to be free from defects in materials and workman-
ship for a period of one year from the date in which it was first
purchased.
Damage deriving from improper use of the dive computer,
failure to comply with maintenance provisions, negligence or
adjustments/repairs carried out by service personnel not duly
authorized by the manufacturer shall NOT be covered by the
guarantee. Also, failure to properly carry out preventative
maintenance as recommended in this manual shall cause the
guarantee to automatically expire.
The guarantee cannot be transferred by the initial owner of
the dive computer to third parties. The guarantee period
begins on the date of purchase (as indicated in the invoice or
purchase receipt).
All repair works not covered by this guarantee shall be at the
expense of the owner of the dive computer.
The guarantee does not cover any document or other guar-
antee issued by the retailer or by agents beyond the terms
covered by the guarantee.
No retailer or agent shall be authorized to change this guar-
antee or to provide for an additional one.
In case of a claim, send the product, shipping paid, to your
Cressi-sub retailer or to an authorized Service Centre. Write
down your full name, address, and enclose the purchase
receipt or invoice.
Always keep this user's manual with your Archimede dive
computer.
