If the control LED on the remote control
does not light up when you press a button,
even when the battery has been inserted
correctly, then it is possible that the remote
control has a technical defect. If this is the
case, please contact our customer service
team or the retailer where you purchased
this product.
3.2 The radio-controlled socket cannot
be switched on or off even though the
remote control is working properly
Repeat the steps above under "Learn func-
tion of the radio-controlled socket" and, if
necessary, contact Hama technical support
or the retailer where you purchased this
