A courtesy tone will be heard to indicate that the call
has been forwarded. A second courtesy note will be
heard if the call is stored by the calling device 10

The single decoder house phone is arranged to con-
trol a 1732 video module (with brac et 1732 92).
The function is used to switch the video module
on when the call is made and to switch it off when
the communication ends. f no call is received, the
video signal will stay on for a maximum time of 30
seconds.

The auto switch-on function can be used to see the
picture ta en by one of the camera in the system
(generally for surveillance or controlling purposes)
and to establish a voice connection without the need
for dedicated wiring.
This function can be activated by means of buttons
T1 and T2 (suitably programmed).
Auto switch-on will only be available when the device
is standing by.

The single decoder house phone can be program-
med in three ways:
n a laboratory, using programming terminal
ef.1038
or any calling device and a power
supply unit.
Directly on the system (also not powered), by
connecting programming terminal
directly to the programming connector.
n the powered system, by using any calling
device. Two people are required for this operation
and will need to spea to each other by means of
wal ie-tal ies or mobile telephones.

PROGRAMMA LE PARAMETER
The following parameters will need to be program-
med for each decoder house phone:
riser code
user code
additional button codes
The riser code identifi es the riser where the single
decoder house phone is physically installed. The
riser code is included between "01" and "JJ" and
must be the same as the riser code of the corre-
sponding secondary call station.
f the house phone is installed between the main
calling module and the secondary calling module,
the riser code will be " 1" if it is connected to voice
1 and if " 2" is connected to voice 2.
n systems without secondary stations, all single

The user code is a four character alphanumeric

The single decoder house phone is equipped with a
code programming cycle button and a LED indica-
ting code programming or data line faults.
The programming codes are sent by a calling device
ne person
(calling module or switchboard).
The calling device must be connected to the single
decoder house phone via a data bus.
The LED will fl ash while each code is being pro-
grammed.
At the end of the programming procedure, wait for
two seconds for the house phone to be operative.
Briefl y press the programming button to program the
riser code and the user code (basic programming).
The riser code and the user code can be sent
from the calling device when the programming LED
comes on. The programming cycle will end when
the user code is received. The LED will go out to
indicate this condition.
Hold the programming button pressed for approxi-
mately three seconds until the programming LED
starts fl ashing to program the additional button codes
(advanced programming).
LED will light up and the additional button T1 and T2
codes can be sent from a calling device. The pro-
gramming cycle will end when the last code is rece-
ived. The LED will go out to indicate this condition.
