10 Taking out of service

The tasks described in this section may only
be carried out by a qualified electrician.
CAUTION
Risk of injury from protruding threaded rods
Unsecured protruding threaded rods may lead to
falls and injuries.
u Protect the area of threaded rods against ac-
cess by barriers.
u Disconnect the supply line and secure against
reactivation.
u Open the product.

u Disconnect the supply line and the control /
data line (if applicable).
u Close off the area of threaded rods.
u Loosen the product from the foundation.
u Run the supply line and the control / data line (if
applicable) out of the housing.
u Separate the threaded rods, keeping them
aligned, or remove the foundation entirely.
u Close the product.

u Clean the product before storing.
u Store the product in a clean and dry place in its
original or other suitable packaging.
