Cause
Pressure too high at
connection (8) for
nitrogen bottle.
Low pressure connector not
connected to the flush
container during flushing.
It was not possible to reduce
the pressure sufficiently
during the "Software test".
It was not possible to drain
any used oil during the
"Software test".
It was not possible to remove
any refrigerant from the
internal tank during the
"Software test".
Remedy
Set the pressure regulator
on the external nitrogen
bottle to max. 12 bar.
Connect low pressure hose
to the flush box and open
valve.
Residual pressure on the
pressure gauges? Check
pressure sensor calibration.
Check internal bottle
pressure. Check the
compressor and the
corresponding solenoid
valves.
Insert bottle for used oil
correctly. Check that
solenoid valve can move
freely. Check that the scales
are working properly.
Check pressure sensor
calibration.
Check if the valve on the
internal tank is open.
Check RE valve.
