9.2.
SEMIAUTOMATIC MODE
The second button of the main screen leads to semiautomatic mode (Fig. 21).
On the semiautomatic mode screen there is a selector to select the process to
realize.
•
Stop
•
Freezing
•
Cool+Vacuum
•
Heat plates
(see the selectable processes description in chapter 7.4)
Once activated, the system will reach the preset temperature and pressure as
soon as possible. Since the semi-automatic cycle does not allow to program time,
the functions will not be time-dependent and the parameters will remain constant
until the equipment is switched off.
The temperature set point button is used to establish the temperature that the
plates will reach in the "heat plates" process.
The vacuum set point button is used to establish the vacuum value in the
processes "heat plates" and "cool+vacuum".
The lower right button is used to return to the main screen.
9.3.
AUTOMATIC MODE
The automatic mode requires that a recipe has been added previously to the PLC (see chapter 10).
The first button of the main screen leads to automatic mode (Fig. 22).
On the automatic mode screen there are indicators: set points, step number of automatic cycle, process type and
process time. On the lower part of the screen there are four buttons, from left to right:
•
Start automatic cycle
•
Stop automatic cycle
•
Access the recipe in PLC screen
•
Return to main screen
Pressing the third button, the recipe that will be followed appears (Fig. 23). The parameters of this recipe may be
modified even when the cycle has begun. The process to follow in each step and the parameters of the step that is
ongoing may not be modified. Use the button (arrow) located in the upper right or left corner of the screen to move
from the screen Fig. 23 (steps 1 to 5 of the recipe) to the screen Fig. 23a (steps 6 to 10 of the recipe) and vice versa.
To edit step by step, the edit button has to be pressed.
The lower right button is used to return to the previous screen.
