5. The pizza oven is now ready for use. Have fun with NERO.
WARNING: The pizza oven radiates heat. Never place it next to glass
windows, walls, plants, etc. The minimum distance to any kind of object is:
Back/ sides/ top: 100 cm
BEFORE FIRST USE
1.
Remove the pizza stone. Remove any manufacturing residue with a dry
cloth or clean brush.
2. Wipe the inside of the oven – without the pizza stone – using water and a
mild detergent to remove any manufacturing residue.
3. Replace the dry pizza stone.
4. The oven must be burned-in before making your first pizza. Note that the
fuel should be glowing for at least 30 minutes.
