Working environment
To operate the machine, a working area of 0.6 metres is required around the machine. All
operating, maintenance and repair operations can be carried out in this area.

Function
For dough types which should only be cut, through key
10 (Off-key) the rounding time can be switched off. Now
the machine will only divide.
The stroke during rounding (diameter of the rounds) can
be set with the 11 and 12keys. The stroke can be set to
three levels: LO (small stroke), HA (medium stroke), HI
(maximum stroke). The setting depends on the type of
dividing disc, amount of dough and dough consistency.
The height of the rounding chamber, which is also
important for a good rounding result, can be set from
1.0 to 8.0 with the 13 and 14 keys. The proper setting
depends on the weight and dough consistency. More
information can be found in the table in section 2.6.2..
With the buttons 15 and 16 program 1 to 10 can be
set in which all digital values mentioned above can be
stored for reproduction.
Changed variables can be saved by pressing key 17
(P-key). The letter 'P' will light up on the display to
indicate the action.
Potential meter to regulate the pressure
There are three settings for the table's rounding speed.
The middle position is the default speed. The setting
depends on the type of dividing disc, amount of dough
and dough consistency.
