Assembly
1. Assembling of the stand
1. Check the front and rear of the stand base.
Check the front and rear sections of the stand base.
There are screw holes on the side of the rear
section (to be positioned on the rear side of the
plasma display).
The four casters are locked when shipped to fix
the stand base.
Locking and unlocking the casters.

bottom of
the lever.
2. Getting the hexagon
socket cap button bolts
ready
3. Fitting of the support units (left and right).
Insert the sheet metal on the bottom of the
left and right support units into the rear of
the stand base. Temporarily fix them with
a hexagon socket cap button bolt at two
positions on each of the left and right sides.
Caution
Do not fasten the hexagon socket cap button bolts tightly
because the perpendicularity of the support unit is adjusted
in step 4.
4. Perpendicularity adjustment and fixing of
the support units (left and right).
Adjust the support units (left and right)
so that they are perpendicular to the base
stand. Tightly fasten the four hexagon
socket cap button bolts (two each on the left
and right) that temporarily fixed the support
units.
Caution
Fasten the hexagon socket cap button bolts with a torque
of 8 to 10 N·m.
5. Fitting of the beam plate.
Fit the beam plate to the left and right
support units and fix it with four screws (two
each on the left and right).
Caution
Fasten the beam plate fixing screws with a torque of 2
to 3 N·m.

Caster unlocked
Push the top
of the lever.

passing them through the spring washers and flat washers in
this order.
