In order to couple AT or AT-90 model to the tractor,
follow these directions:
Animal ration shredders with accessory
for tractors
Before connecting the equipment to the tractor,
observe the lifting capacity of the tractor's hydraulic
system.

Tractor Driven
Then if the tractor lift capacity is compatible with
the weight of the machine, place both on a level
ground and make sure that no one is between the
machine and the tractor.
Slowly approach the tractor from the shredder and
attach to the three points of the tractor's hydraulic
system (first the two lower arms and then the upper
arm).
Make sure that the pins are locked.
Align the shafts of the tractor power take-off and
the machine power take-off and check the distance
between the tips of the shafts.
Disconnect the two parts of the cardan (male/
female).
The measure found between the power take-off
shafts should be divided by 1.3. The value of this
division will indicate the measure A, mark the
cardan shaft with the measure A and cut the excess,
as indicated in the image (Figure 5).
In the marked position cut the excess of the male
and female cardan with a saw blade with a 24-tooth
cutting blade for steel or with cutting disc using
protective equipment.
After completing the full cut, mark the plastic
protection of the male and female cardan and
remove 3 centimeters from the plastic protection
only, cutting with a saw, leaving the cardan shaft
with the tip exposed, as shown in the image
(Figure 5).
After performing the cutting procedure, remove the
burr from the cut parts, discard the cut material, and
support the machine that is attached to the tractor
on the floor, so you have space for the cardan shaft
assembly.
Secure the protective retention chains. The ideal
operating condition is obtained with the chain
positioned radially in relation to the transmission.
Adjust the length of the chains in such a way as
to allow the articulation of the transmission in
any work, transport and maneuvering condition.
Make sure the chains do not wrap around the
transmission due to excessive size.
