• Pre-installation. This is specifically for when you
first install the machine or for a new installation.
The following functions can be turned on or off
• Function while cold. If we turn the coffee groups
on while they are heating up, we will still get water
even though the temperature hasn't reached the
set value. Default mode is activated.
• Set temperature display. When this option is
activated, the temperature values of the groups
and the steam boiler are shown on the display,
and they stay set at the programmed temperature.
In the event that this option is deactivated, the
values shown will continually change due to the
sensitivity of the sensor, continuously showing the
real temperature in degrees. Default mode is activated

7.7 CLEANING OF COFFEE FILTERS AND THE FILTER HOLDER
We recommend you do this task every day at the end of the service period.
To do so, dismantle the coffee filter from the filter holder and put the whole appliance
in a bowl of hot water with special detergent for coffee machines. Leave it immersed
for at least 15 minutes, then rinse with plenty of clean water to get rid of any traces of
detergent.
7.8 CLEANING THE STEAM WAND
We also recommend you do this every day.
The steam wand should always be cleaned with a damp cloth after every use to
remove any traces of milk and given a blast of steam to keep the exit holes clear.
At the end of the day, you can put the wand nozzle in a glass of hot water with a special
detergent for steam wands to get rid of any milk residue that may have become stuck
in the nozzle holes. Follow the instructions of the detergent manufacturer.

7.9 CLEANING THE MACHINE

To clean the main body of the machine, use a glass cleaning product for the
polyurethane parts and a special cleaner on a cotton pad for the stainless steel parts.
