6.7 ENERGY SAVING

In this section you will find all the
information on the different types of
energy saving options available on
the machine and how to programme
them.
SWITCHING OFF GROUPS/CUP
WARMER MANUALLY
You can turn the groups and cup
warmer on or off manually.
When you turn off a group, it will
automatically shut down and the
heating and coffee distribution
function will be disabled.
To turn a group on again, you need
to go back to this menu and activate
the group manually.
SWITCHING OFF GROUPS/CUP WARMER AUTOMATICALLY
To turn off the stand-by (energy-saving) function, we put the corresponding group
button in the OFF position so that it
is always on.
This option allows you to establish
the time that a group should be
non-operational before going into
stand-by mode.
To do so, press the time tab and on
the new screen that emerges change
it to the required time. To activate this
function, tick the 'on' status of the
corresponding group.
When the group goes into stand-by
mode this turns the heating element
off until it reaches the stand-by
temperature established for the group (which you can set in the 'stand-by temperature'
mode).
If you wish to disable this function, press the on/off switch located next to the times.
This lets you disable each group and the cup warmer individually.
