STEP 5: ADJUSTING THE FRONT BAR
To adjust the slope angle of the awning, unfurl it to around a quarter of its capacity (do not unfurl it any
further as this may cause damage).
1. To adjust the angle of an arm, slightly loosen the two side bolts on the outside of the arm bracket.
2. Then, turn the angle adjustment bolt in the following direction:
- Clockwise: reduce the slope angle
- Anti-clockwise: increase the slope angle
Once you have reached the desired angle and the front bar is level, tighten the two side bolts.
Carry out this process for each of the retractable arm brackets. Making sure the front bar is perfec-
tly level will guarantee that the awning works properly and prevent damage.
Warning: once the bolts are tightened as much as possible, do not force them to tighten further, as
this may cause damage or injury.

Close the awning completely using
the crank handle then cut the safety
restraints.
