Replacement of rear instruction label
1.
Peel off the old label. Use a heat gun to loosen the adhesive if necessary.
2.
Carefully peel back only l/2" - 1" of the paper backing on the new label and insert the serial number.
3.
Align the label on the back of the unit and press the label section without paper backing firmly onto the case.
4.
Slowly pull the paper backing from under the label. Ensure that no air bubbles are formed and the label is
properly aligned.
5.
Press firmly all around the label for adhesion.
Replacement of occlusion slide potentiometer
1.
Disconnect the motor cable.
2.
Remove the lead- screw rail assembly from the case.
3.
Disconnect the occlusion slide potentiometer wire connector from the circuit card at location J1.
4.
Pry the old slide potentiometer off the four tabs of the case. Be careful not to bend or damage the tabs.
5.
Press the new slide potentiometer firmly onto the four tabs of the case.
6.
Connect the wire connector to the circuit card at location J1.
Note: From the view of looking at the component side of the circuit card, the wire orientation must be with the
green wire from the left side of the slide potentiometer matching up with left pin, the right with the right and
middle with the middle of the circuit card at location J1.
