clean it separetely from the rest of the machine and at
a safe distance from the lawnmower. Dry the catcher
before installing back on the machine.
8.1.3. CATCHER
Check the condition of the catcher, if the catcher is worn
or damaged, replace it.
8.2. PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
Always use adequate spare parts in order to obtain
an adequate performance of the product and avoid
damages and risks to machine and user. Spare
parts must be purchased from the dealer's technical
service. The use of unofficial spare parts can cause
risks of accident, personal injury to the user and
breakage of the machine.
8.2.1. BLADE SHARPENING
Blade sharpening must be carried out by the service
dealer. Do not sharpen the blade yourself. The blade
must be sharpened guaranteeing the cutting angle
and blade equilibrium. Blade sharpening carried out
by a non expert will result in the machine vibrating
and will eventually cause damages to the machine
and usage problems to the end user.
Take your blade for sharpening if when cutting you
see that the grass is not properly cut and small
specks of yellow grass appear shortly after cutting.
When checking the blade, remember that for a few
moments after switching the machine off, the blade
will carry on moving.
8.2.2. VENTILATION ENGINE CONDUCTS
Eliminate any dirt in the ventilation conducts so
as not damage the engine and avoid the machine
overheating and even burning.
