1. Mount and fully tighten seat post using:
• two (2) M10-35 hex head cap bolts,
• two (2) safety lock washers,
• two (2) MANDATORY flat washers.
NOTE: Finger tighten hardware three
(3) turns, then torque to
avoid cross threading!
Torque to 50 ft-lb (68 Nm) .
NOTE: Offset seat post towards top
of rail .
2. Insert seat swivel pin in seat base, using
"upstairs side" hole.
3. Slide two (2) nylon washers onto seat
swivel pin, positioned between seat base
and seat post.
NOTE: These washers are shipped on
the seat post, requiring disassembly
before performing Step 3 .
4. With seat facing 45° off center to upstairs
side, insert seat swivel pin into seat post
to mount seat.
NOTE: If necessary, use a dead blow
hammer to tap pin into place .
5. Using seat swivel lever, pivot seat to its
locked position. Seat should drop into place.
6. Using heavy-duty snap ring pliers,
install retaining (snap) ring
onto bottom of seat
swivel pin (Fig.3).
7. Remove shipping jumper from carriage
harness.
