Never operate your mixer without
being immersed in liquid.
Turn off the appliance before remo-
ving from liquid.
After using it, unplug the machine.
Do not allow liquid to enter the
motor during use or cleaning.

USE
• Preparation mixer tool:
With its unique cutter blade, it will liquify most
of your preparations. It has been designed
to work in containers holding up to 8 litres
(2 gallons).
It can be used to make and emulsify sauces.
It can be used to blend and mix small quan-
tities of excellent soups, but also: panadas,
diced vegetables, spinach, salads, chopped
greens, pancake mix, mayonnaises, etc.
• Preparation blender tool:
It is used to grind, crush, smooth and mix
excellent soups, veloutés, sauces and fruit
creams directly in the pot, and obtain an
unctuous, smooth and perfect texture in
just 3 minutes.
The preparation no longer requires strai-
ning.
• Preparation whisk tool:
Dough, creams, light purees can easily be
