PROBLEM

In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of dangerous
substances in electric and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. The symbol with the
crossed dustbin shown on the package indicates that the product at the end of its service life shall be
collected as separate waste. Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must
be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic
equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one
basis. The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled,
treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible nega-
tive effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making
up the apparatus. Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative
sanctions according to the laws.
CAUSE
• The flour used is not strong and
cannot make the dough rise.
• The yeast rate is too fast or the
temperature of the yeast is too
high.
• Too much water makes the dough
too wet and soft.
• There is too much flour or too
little water.
• There are too many nut ingredi-
ents or too much whole wheat
flour.
• There is excess water, yeast or the
recipe does not contain salt.
• The water temperature is too high.
• There are strong clumping ingre-
dients in bread like butter and
bananas etc.
• Does not stir properly due to lack
of water.
• Different recipes or ingredients
have a great effect on making
bread, the baking toasted will
become very dark due to the large
amount of sugar.
SOLUTION
• Use flour to make bread or flour
of force.
• Use the yeast at room tempera-
ture.
• According to the absorbency of
water, adjust the amount of water
in the recipe.
• Reduce the amount of flour or
increase the amount of water.
• Decrease the amount of cor-
responding ingredients and
increase the amount of yeast.
• Reduce the water or yeast appro-
priately and check the amount
of salt.
• Check that the water temperature
is appropriate.
• Do not add strong binding ingredi-
ents to the bread.
• Check the water and the mechan-
ical construction of the bread
maker.
• If the cooking toasted is too dark
for the recipe with excess sugar,
press Start/Stop to interrupt the
program 5-10 minutes before the
expected end time.
• Before removing the bread you
should keep the bread or cake in a
pan for about 20 minutes with the
lid closed.
