PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
CAUSE
• There are ingredients stuck to or
near the heat pipe.
• It is the first time you use the
machine and there is protective oil
on the surface of the heat pipe.
• The bread stays ready in the keep
warm function for a long time.
• The mixer is sticking to the shaft
of the bread drum.
• Incorrect program selection.
• After the machine started to
work, the top cover was opened
many times. The bread is dry and
the toasted of the surface is not
golden.
• The resistance of the mixer,
rotation or mixing of the dough is
not enough.
• This warning indicates that the
temperature inside the bread bin
is too high.
• Thermal sensor failure.
• The loaf pan is positioned incor-
rectly or the dough is too large to
remove.
• Yeast, flour or water is excessive.
• The ambient temperature is too
high
• You did not add yeast or the
amount of yeast is not enough.
• The yeast can have poor activity if
the water temperature is too high
or the yeast is mixed with salt.
• The ambient temperature is too
low.
• The amount of liquids is too much
for the dough and the yeast is
excessive.
SOLUTION
• Unplug and clean the heat pipe,
being careful not to burn yourself.
• On first use, burn dry and remove
lid.
• Take out the bread just after
finishing cooking.
• After taking out the bread, put hot
water in the bread drum.
• Allow to soak for 10 minutes,
remove the stir bar and clean it.
• Check that the recipe you are
using is suitable for the menu
program you choose.
• After the last fermentation,
please do not open the lid.
• Check if the flat side of the mix-
ing rod hole is damaged.
• Take out the bread bucket and
take out the fork to work normally.
• If not, please contact After Sales
Service personnel for inspection
and maintenance of the product.
• Press the Start/Stop button,
switch off and unplug the bread
maker, then remove the bread tray
and open the lid until the bread
maker cools down.
• The machine needs repair. Con-
tact your service representative.
• Check if the bread pan is fixed
correctly.
• Make sure the dough is made
according to the recipe and the
amount of the ingredients are
correct.
• Check the above factors and
appropriately reduce the amount
according to the recipe.
• Check the amount and yield of
the yeast.
• Increase the room temperature
properly.
• Reduce the amount of liquids and
you will improve the rigidity of the
dough.
