Then use a gauge to leave a distance of 1.5 mm from the end of each blade with respect to the bottom of the
container at the point of reference (see diagram 01), and without varying the numbered order of each blade
(VERY IMPORTANT).
Observe that each blade is provided with a tongue (A) on the
hexagonal orifice, which prevents possible sliding by abutting
against the blade holder. Whenever the blades are sharpened,
the tongue must be adjusted using a file in order to allow a small
advance.
After performing this operation, the nut can then be tightened
using the spanners provided for this purpose and by manually
applying the maximum possible force.
The various blade arrangements, both the number of blades and
the positions and separations between them, offer the customer
a wide variety of options, depending on needs (see the attached
01
diagrams 03, 04 and 05 whenever you want to arrange a new
blade assembly).
