Using the audio jack
When a secondary accessory such as a receive-only
earbud or earpiece is plugged into the remote speaker
microphone 3.5 mm jack, the audio in the remote speaker
microphone will be muted. The user will hear audio through
the secondary accessory. Please refer to the following
table to order compatible receive-only accessories from
Motorola Solutions.
The PMMN4016 audio jack is designed for future
enhanced functionality. The audio jack is designed to
function with certain secondary accessories that have both
