Fault
The appliance is not
working.
The blade 5 does
not rotate well or not
at all.

found some other kind of malfunction, please contact our Customer Service department.

Cause
The plug is not connected.
The appliance is defective.
The motor unit 3 and the blender 4
have not been assembled correctly.
The blade 5 is jammed.
The blended food is too tough or
firm.
The solution
Insert the plug into a mains
power socket.
Contact Customer Services.
Remove the plug from the
power socket and assemble
the appliance properly.
Remove the plug from the
power socket and remove
whatever object is blocking
the blade.
The appliance is not
suitable for processing hard
food.
