21. Multimedia
The Multimedia menu of the device includes four options: Pictures, music, movies and explore. Select one of them de-
pending the file you want to play or select "Explore" if you want to display all the files and folders saved on the device.
• Pictures
- JPG, BMP and PNG formats are supported.
- The name, resolution and size of the selected file are displayed in the down right part of the screen.
- To move between files and folders use the arrow buttons up and down. Press "Ok" button to display the selected file.
- To play the pictures in Slide Show mode, select a file and press "Play" button.
- Press "Plause" or "Play" button to stop or resume the playback.
- Press "Zoom" button to enlarge a picture.
- Press the arrow buttons up and down to rotate the picture.
- Press "Thumb" button to display 8 pictures in thumbnail mode.
- Press "Exit" to go to the previous foder.
• Music
- It supports the formats MP3/WMA/AC3/E-AC3. When you play a music file, the elapsed time, the total time and the in-
formation about the file are displayed onscreen.
- Use the arrow buttons up and down to move the highlight between folders and files. Press "Ok" to play the selected file.
- You can play music during the slide show option. Save the music file inside the folder where are saved the pictures and
press the button "BG-MUSIC (EPG)".
- To go to the previous folder or directory press the "Exit" button.
• Film
- The SPM1200HD supports the most commom multimedia formats, even the MKV H264 (HL @ 4.0/4.1). Read carefully
the appendix in this user guide for further information about the codecs 4.0/41.
- Use the arrow buttons up and down to move the highlight between folders and files. Press "Ok" to play the selected file.
- Press "Play" of the red button to play a video file in full screen mode.
- Press "Exit" button to go to the previous directory.
- Press the button "Play/Pause" to pause or to resume a playback.
- Press "FB" or FF" for fast backward or fast forward in a playback. Press several times the button to choose between the
different available speeds: x2/x4/x8x/x16/x32,/x1.
- Press "GoTo" button if you want to find a point in the file timeline.
