12. Channel scan
The SPM1200HD has two different options to scan the DVB-T channels: auto and manual.
12.1 Auto channel scan
• To start the auto channel scan press "OK" in the DVB-T first screen.
• The option "Channel scan" deletes the actual channel list and starts a new channel scan process, in the frecuencies of
the selected country.
• This process needs some time to complete the searching. Please wait.
• Once the searching finishes, the new channel list is saved automatically and the first found channel will be displayed.
12.2 Manual channel scan
• The device allows the channel searching in a manual way, by entering the frequencies you want to scan. Press "Menu"
button, select "Channel scan" and then "Manual scan".
• This function doesn´t search the channels automatically. The user must know the frecuency of the channels he want to
scan. When you scan a frequency band, all the channels saved in these frequencies will be deleted to save the new se-
arching.
