Overview of the Medtronic Reveal LINQ system
The Reveal LINQ system allows your heart's electrical activity to be recorded. Your doctor can
review the information to help diagnose and manage your condition. There are three parts to the
Reveal LINQ system; your doctor will determine which parts to provide to you:

▪
Patient Assistant model PA96000 (if prescribed by your doctor)
▪
MyCareLink Patient Monitor (if prescribed by your doctor)
