2.2 TRANSPORT.
The machine is packed in the factory on a pallet, easy to lift with forklifts or hand pallet trucks. Due to its
dimensions and weight (See the technical features table in this manual), it is possible to transport it in light vehicles.
Once the machine has been
unpacked and when it is necessary to
move it within the workplace, it is
carried out using pallet trucks or
forklifts, lifting the machine from the
bottom of the structure. To do this, it
is recommended to empty the water
tray first to avoid possible splashes. If
the lifting is done with cranes or hoists,
the four lifting points provided in the
structure will be used (A, Fig. 1).
It is also necessary to block
the cutting head through its device to
avoid any accidental gliding that may
damage it or damage other elements.
To
block
the
movement, you need to immobilize it
by tightening element (B, Fig. 1) on
the frame.

lever (C, Fig. 1).
3. SET UP INSTRUCTIONS.
When you open the packaging, you will find next to the machine an instruction manual with its corresponding
warranty and the following accessories for its complete assembly:
•
1 Horizontal ruler for the cutting cart.
•
1 Vertical ruler for the cutting cart.
•
1 Bag containing the corresponding fixing elements.
•
1 5 mm Allen spanner.
•
1 Multipurpose hex spanner.
•
1 36 mm plane spanner.
•
1 Grip for the cutting head wheel.
•
1 Removable tray for the lower part of the cutting cart.
•
1 Rubber plug for the water tray.
3.1 ASSEMBLING THE WHEEL ONTO THE FRAME.
The cutting head wheel (V, Fig.2) is assembled in the factory without a
lever (M, Fig.2) to save some room and to prevent damage during transport. To
assemble this lever, screw it onto the wheel using the 5mm Allen spanner (A,
Fig.2).
