MAINTENANCE
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY TYPE OF MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION, IT IS
COMPULSORY TO DISCONNECT THE PLUG FROM THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY SOCKET.
CLEANING
Cleaning must be carried out at the end of each use in observance of hygienic standards but also to
preserve the functionality of the oven.
Cleaning the refractory plane: this operation must be carried out when the oven is hot.
Once the temperature of approximately 350°C has been reached, turn off the oven, open the door and
clean the worktop using a vegetable fiber or soft metal brush with a handle long enough to avoid any
contact with the hot parts of the oven.

OR OTHER SUBSTANCES THAT MAY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS AND COMPROMISE
SAFETY IN GENERAL IS PROHIBITED BUT ALSO UNDER A HYGIENIC PROFILE.

technician, in possession of the technical and professional requirements required by the regulations in force.
