SERIAL LABEL
The SERIAL LABEL consists of an adhesive label printed in gray serigraphy, applied to the rear of the oven.
On the plate are indicated, in a legible and indelible way, the following data:
- Manufacturer's name;
- Electrical power (kW/A);
- Model;
- Mention "Made in Italy";
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
IMPORTANCE OF THE MANUAL

BEFORE USING THE OVEN, IT IS OBLIGATORY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS MANUAL IN ALL
ITS PARTS.

THIS MANUAL MUST ALWAYS BE AT THE DISPOSAL OF "AUTHORIZED OPERATORS" AND
FIND NEAR THE WELL KEPT AND PRESERVED OVEN.

THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO PEOPLE, ANIMALS OR
PROPERTY CAUSED BY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE STANDARDS DESCRIBED IN THIS MANUAL.

THIS MANUAL CONSTITUTES AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE OVEN AND MUST BE KEEPED UNTIL ITS
FINAL DISPOSAL.

"AUTHORIZED OPERATORS" SHOULD ONLY PERFORM OPERATIONS ON THE OVEN WITHIN THE
FRAMEWORK OF THEIR SPECIFIC COMPETENCE.
"OVEN OFF" STATUS
Before carrying out any type of maintenance and/or adjustment intervention on the oven, it is mandatory
to disconnect it from any source of electrical power supply, removing the power plug from the mains
socket and then make sure the oven is off and cool.
GUARANTEE
The duration of the guarantee is twelve months and begins from the date of the tax receipt issued when
procurement.
Before this period, parts which, for well-proven and unequivocal reasons, present a manufacturing defect,
will be replaced or repaired free of charge and only ex-factory, except for electrical components and
components subject to wear.
Shipping charges and labor cost are not included in the warranty.
The warranty becomes void if it is proven that the damage was caused by: transport, incorrect or
insufficient maintenance, negligence on the part of technicians, deterioration, repairs carried out by
unauthorized personnel, non-respect instructions in the manual.
Any recourse against the manufacturer is excluded, for direct or indirect damages which would occur after
a period during which the machine will have remained inactive because of:
breakdown, pending for repairs, or otherwise attributable to the physical non-presence of
the equipment.
