SAFETY

GUIDELINES AND RULES OF REFERENCE

The ovens have been studied and built with respectof the following rules:
Directive 2014/35/EU
Directive 2014/30/EU
Norma Europea EN 203-1-2 per "Professional gas appliances"
Regolamento GAR UE 2016/426 "Devices that burn gaseous fuels".

SAFETY DEVICES ADOPTED

In reference and in observance of the aforementioned rules, all the components of the oven meet the
essential safety qualities and are certified by their factories.
SAFETY VALVE:
It is a valve with thermocouple which makes it possible to interrupt the gas supply to the burners in the event
that the pilot light goes out accidentally.
It is mounted in the right part of the oven.
NEVER ALTER, CIRCUIT OR REMOVE ANY SAFETY DEVICES FROM
THE OVEN OR REPLACE IT WITH NON-GENUINE SPARE PARTS.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO REPLACE ANY SAFETY DEVICE OR
ANY OF ITS COMPONENTS WITH NON-ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS

RESIDUAL RISKS

The equipment presents certain risks which have not been completely eliminated from a construction
point of view or with the installation of adequate protective devices.
For complete customer information, the residual risks present on the equipment are listed below:
Residual risk

Electrocution
Load imbalance
"Low tension"
"Electromagnetic compatibility"
Description of the dangerous situation
Contact with hot surfaces, pay attention to the
symbols on the oven and wear suitable gloves. Beware
of possible heat escape due to opening the door while
the oven is in operation.
Contact with live parts during
maintenance operations performed on the electrical
panel
being energized.
Handling the equipment with or without packaging
using unsuitable lifting systems or the load being
unbalanced.
