ADAPTATION TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAS
The oven has been tested and designed to operate with the gas indicated on the identification
plate (FIG.1).
IN THE CASE WHERE THE GAS FOR WHICH THE OVEN IS
DESIGNED DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE GAS OF THE SUPPLY
NETWORK, TRANSFORMATIONS MUST BE PERFORMED ON THE
OVEN.
AT THE END OF THE TRANSFORMATION, IT IS MANDATORY TO
RESTORE THE SEALS ON THE SET PARTS AND INDICATE THE NEW
TYPE OF GAS ON THE PLATE.
As noted in the warning described above, the steps to perform the proper transformations are
listed below:
A) Replacing the top and bottom injectors and burners:
Unscrew the front panel (fig.3-ref.2) remove the air damper (fig.9-ref.1/2) to see and reach the injectors.
Unscrew the injectors and replace them with those indicated in the technical data table for the oven
model purchased.
B) Replacing the ignition burner injector:
Replace the injector (fig.8-ref.3) as indicated in the technical data table for the oven model purchased.
C) Replacing the pilot injector:
Unscrew the fitting (fig.8-ref.4) and replace the injector with the appropriate injector as indicated in the
technical data table for the oven model.
D) Adjusting the top and bottom burner air supply:
Loosen the screw (fig.9-ref.1) to make, slide, in the special knob the air opening of the burner
(fig.9-ref.2). once the adjustment is made, screw to fix the part.
E) Minimum top and bottom burner setting:
For LPG operation (g30-g31) the minimum is fixed and the screw (fig.10-ref.1) must be tightened
fully; for operation with other types of gas the minimum is adjustable as follows:
- Manually remove the burner handle from the control panel (fig.10-ref.2/3);
- Unscrew the screw (fig.10-ref.1) 2/3 of a turn and insert the handle again;
- Light the burner and turn the knob to position (minimum);
- Remove the handle again and tighten the screw (fig.10-ref.1) until the flame remains stable;
- Make a few maneuvers by turning the handle to the (maximum) (minimum) positions to check the
stability of the flame.
The ignition burner does not have minimum operation, so it does not need adjustment.
