Setting the Spool Cones
Place the spool cones on the spool
cushion. Thread the machine in the
following order: If the thread slips
down from a spool cone during
threading and/or sewing, put a net
over the spool cone as illustrated to
prevent jamming.

When using small spools, remove the
spool holders from the spool pins.

Threading the Machine
WARNING:
Turn the power switch off and unplug
the machine before threading the
machine. Thread the machine in the
following order:
Left needle thread
Center needle thread
Right needle thread
Looper thread
Raise the presser foot lifter.
Presser foot lifter
NOTE: When threading the machine a
ways raise the presser foot.
Turn the balance wheel toward you
to bring the needles to their highest
position.
