are no gas leaks.
If any work using welders or
electrical equipments is required, check
to be sure that there is no danger of
explosion.
It's forbidden to stay in the pump's
installation area while the pump is
running.
RESPONSABILITY: The manufacturer
does not vouch for correct operation of
the pump if they are tampered with or
modified, run outside the raccomended
work range or in contrast with the other
instructions give in this manual. The
manufacturer decline all responsibility
for possible mistakes in this instructions
manual, if due to misprints or error in
copying. The company reserves the right
to make any modifications to products
that it may consider necessary or useful,
without
affecting
characteristics.

INTRODUCTION
General provisions
This instruction manual contains general and specific
information regarding the electrical pump that you have
purchased. Follow the instructions given in these booklets
in order to obtain optimum return and operation from
your electrical pump. If any other information is
necessary, please contact the nearest authorized retailer.
Installation and functioning must comply with the
safety regulations in force in the country in which the
product is installed. The entire operations must be carried
out in a workmanlike manner. Failure to comply with the
safety regulations not only causes risk to personal safety
and demage to the equipment, but invalidates every right
to assistance under guarantee.
Keep this manual with care for further consultation
even after the first installation.
ATTENTION! Before installation carefully read the
contents of this manual. The demage caused by ure to
follow instruction may not be covered by the warranty or
in any way attributable to the manufacturer.
The reproduction, even partial, of the illustrations
and/or text herein is forbidden.

APPLICATIONS AND LIMIT FOR USE
Applications
Multistage monoblock submersible electropump
with centrifugal radial impellers, installable in wells with a
diameter of 3'' (76mm) or wider. Designed for pumping
clear water with temperatures lower than 35°C and a
content of sand not exceeding 50 g/m3. Applicable for
domestic water supply, small‐sized water systems, tanks
the
essential
and irrigation systems. Max. starts per hour 40, max.
depth of submersion specified on the plate of the pump.
The electropump is equipped with a high‐efficiency
permanent magnet motor, and it may only be operated
by the control inverter. The inverter allows to adjust the
rotational speed of the pump to keep the desired
pressure (set by the inverter) constant according to the
variation of the water demand. This allows the pump to
work at any operating point of the performance curve
included between the max. (6.000 rpm) and min. (3.000
rpm).
The inverter supplied has the following features:
A: Protection against dry running, ensuring the stop of the
pump in case of water shortages;
B: Soft start & stop. Soft start allows to reduce startup
currents and preserves the mechanical components.
C: Protection against overvoltage and undervoltage,
preventing any damage to the motor if the voltage is out
of the range allowed by the inverter (please, see inverter
manual);
D: Protection against overload, analyzing the absorptions
of the pump and stopping it in case of over‐consumption
(please, see inverter manual);
E: Protection against overheating, analyzing the liquid and
air temperatures and stopping the pump if these are
outside the parameters set (please, see inverter manual).
Use the pumps in respect of the technical characteristics
listed in"Annex B".
Limit for use
The temperature of the liquid to be pumped should
not exceed the maximum level indicated on the technical
chart.
The pump can not be used in swimming pools, ponds
or tanks in witch people are present.
The electric pumps are not suitable for use with
corrosive or abrasive liquids, fuels or any other chemical
and explosive products. If any chemically aggressive agents
may be present in the liquid to be pumped, then the
resistance of the materials used in construction must be
verified prior to use.The liquid used in the pumps for
lubrificating the sealing device is not toxic , but it could
modify the features of the water (in case of pure water) if
there were any leaks in the seal.

TRANSPORT, MANAGEMENT AND DISPOSAL
Transport
The electrical pumps must never be carried or lifted
by their power cable, by float or by delivery pipe. Use only
the handle applying eventually a rope or chains on it. Lift
the pump using equipment suitable to the pump weight
and dimension.
Avoid subjecting the products to impacts or
collisions.
Storage
All pumps must be stored indoors, in a dry, vibration‐free
and dust‐free place, possibly with constant air humidity.
They are supplied in their original packaging and must
remain there until the time of installation. If this is not
possible, the inlet and outlet must be accurately closed.
