NB: Once the processing is over, the enlarged end of the pipe will be slightly
shortened. This is normal and is due to pipe expansion. A special lock placed on
the end of the mechanical expander grants the correct coupling length and
prevents the pipe from sliding backward.
Warning: Once the coupling cycle is over, the equipment goes back to its initial
position, ready to perform the next working cycle. Otherwise, pull the emergency
return valve (C) as described and illustrated under section "Manual Return of
Coupling tool BSB 32".
5.
Clutch the
stop.
NB: All
is re-used, using aquatechnik grease is recommended (Item# 71391).
6.
Screw the cap up to the anti-unscrewing safety notch (use the special wrench
series 50600).
NB: The connection may be disassembled by unlocking the cap by means of the
special wrench. DO NOT RE-USE caps already locked.
7.
In order to change pipe diameter, unscrew the mechanical expander (E) and set
the one with the desired diameter, following the steps described in section 1.

BENCH PROCESSING
Place the Coupling tool BSB 32 into the
special housing in the middle of the support L
(see picture). The special shape of the
support locks the equipment in a balance
condition preventing it from falling and
comfortably allows for bench processing on
any work surface.
