Vacuum sealing

Storing foods in the measuring/blender vessel
Using the vacuum cover and a vacuum pump (ZWILLING Fresh & Save vacuum pump, not
included in the scope of delivery), you can keep foods, sauces, etc., which you have prepared
fresh for longer in the measuring/blender vessel.
1. Place the vacuum cover on the measuring/blender vessel.
2. Place the vacuum pump on the valve in the vacuum cover.
3. Press the vacuum pump start button.
4. To open the measuring/blender vessel again, pull the valve up slightly at the side.
The vacuum cover can also be used without vacuum. Please note that it is not watertight in this
case.

Note: The vacuum pump stops automatically when the vacuum pressure reaches the
correct level. The vacuum extraction process can also be stopped manually at any
time by pressing the On/Off button.
