Preparing the measuring/blender vessel
Cut solid ingredients (e.g., applies) to a manageable size
before processing them. Add the ingredients to the measuring/
blender vessel. Make sure that you do not exceed the Max
mark.
Hold the stick blender upright in the measuring/blender vessel
so that the bell is fully immersed. Hold the measuring/blender
vessel with your other hand.

Using the stick blender
Press the button for the blender function. The stick blender runs
at the preset speed while you hold down the button.
Move the stick blender slowly in the measuring/blender vessel
until the liquid has the desired consistency. Make sure that the
bell is covered by the liquid at all times.
If the blending results do not offer you the desired
consistency, the pieces of food may be too big.
Chop them before processing.
