Do not use the device outdoors or in
rooms with high humidity (e.g., bath-
rooms).
Only connect the device to a correctly
installed and grounded socket whose
voltage matches the voltage specified
on the type plate.
Make sure that the power cable is not
kinked or trapped.
Make sure that the power cable does
not hang over the edge of the table
or work surface and cannot be pulled
down.
Never use the device if the supply ca-
ble or the device itself is damaged.
If the device's power cable is dam-
aged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, the manufacturer's Cus-
tomer Service, or a person with similar
qualifications in order to ruled out any
danger.
Never wind the power cable around
the device.
Correctly attach the mixing attachment
before plugging the power plug into
the socket.
When you unplug the power plug from
the from the socket, always pull on the
power plug and never on the cable.
Do not carry the device by the power
cable.
Never touch the power plug with wet
hands. Never switch on the device if
your hands are moist or if the device is
lying on a wet floor.
Never immerse the drive unit in water

or other liquids, and do not clean the
drive unit under running water.
Do not put the stick blender in the dish-
washer.
Even if the motor is not running, as long
as the power plug is plugged into the
socket, there is still live voltage in the
device. After every use and in the event
of danger or a defect, unplug the pow-
er plug from the socket immediately.
For this reason, keep the socket easily
accessible at all times.
Unplug the power plug from the socket
prior, before cleaning or maintaining
the device.
Never unscrew the device and do not
make any technical modifications.
If the stick blender is handled incorrect-
ly, there is a substantial risk of accidents
due to electric current and rotating
blades. To keep the risk low, always
observe the following instructions:
There is a potential risk of injury due to
incorrect use. Always handle the de-
vice carefully.
Use only the original mixing attachment
included in the scope of delivery.
Never touch the rotating blades either
with your hands or objects. To prevent
injury, be sure to keep your hair, mouth,
hands, clothing and jewellery clear of
the rotating blades.
When using the device, hold it by the
drive unit only.
Never handle other objects in the mix-
ing vessel during use.
