Issues
A warning buzzer sounds and
the red light of the starter
illuminates
The red light of the starter
flashes.
Sparks are created when
connecting clamps to the vehicle
battery.
The machine cannot start the
vehicle, and the red light of the
starter flashes.
The device cannot start the
vehicle, and the red light of the
starter is off.
Causes
There is a polarity reversal
The battery voltage has fallen
lower than 12.5V after a start or
heavy consumption.
The main switch is on 12V or
24V.
The voltage selector is in the
wrong position.
Polarity reversal.
Internal batteries are discharged.
Insufficient recovery time
between each start attempt
The voltage selector is in the
wrong position.
Internal battery voltage is too
low. They could be damaged.
The fuse has blown
Solutions
Check
the polarity
Connect red clamp to the (+) terminal of
the battery and black clamp to the (-).
Charge the machine as soon as possible
after use. The red light will turn off.
Before connecting the clamps to the
vehicle battery, turn the switch OFF.
Check
that
the
selected
corresponds to the voltage of the
vehicle's battery
Check polarity of the battery
Recharge the machine fully, and try
again
Wait 3 minutes between two start
attempts.
A start attempt should not last for more
than 5 seconds.
Check that the selected voltage
corresponds to the voltage of the
vehicle's battery
Put the device on charge to attempt
recovery of internal batteries.
Replace the fuse (ref. 054561)
of
the
battery.
